Looking back, it does seem like Thirteen is deliberately going places where the Doctor or the legend of the Doctor isn’t known.
General Eve being familiar with the Doctor was an accident since they were brought on board Tsuranga while they were unconscious.
Every other time they went to, they didn’t know her and the one time she deliberately reached out to her past (Kate Stewart) was because of an outside threat from the Doctor’s past.
She’s still the Doctor in this regard, running away as fast as she can from her past and hiding it from her friends.

Hex maniac from pokemon X and Y based on art by the wonderful @chichibu3 His cute hex maniac design made me wish there was some merchandise- ANY merchandise of this character. I commissioned the super skilled Claybum to make this for me and she did a stellar job!
